1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- Custom/Review Cards: If you provided your link or logo at checkout, processing includes the encoding and quality-checking of your custom NFC hardware.
- Unprogrammed Cards: Orders left blank for “Register After Delivery” are typically processed and dispatched faster.
2. Domestic Shipping (UK)
We ship all orders from our base in Suffolk using trusted UK carriers.
- Standard Delivery: £3.99with Royal Mail 24 Tracked.
3. International Shipping
We currently do not offer shipping outside the UK.
4. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
