1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the IDBIZ website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or place an order.

IDBIZ is a trading name of IT2DAY LTD, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 11515541, VAT: GB309383984). Our registered office address is Bankside 300 Peachman Way, Broadland Business Park, Norwich, NR7 0LB, United Kingdom, and our main trading address is Vyoren, Lowestoft Road, Beccles, NR34 7DE, United Kingdom.

2. Personalised Products

Many IDBIZ products are personalised or pre-programmed to a link, profile or details you supply. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at checkout. Personalised items are made to order and, unless faulty, are not eligible for the standard 14-day cancellation right.

3. Products & Pricing

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT at the applicable rate unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to ensure prices are correct at the time of listing, however we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. Product images are for illustration purposes only; actual products may differ slightly.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.

4. Orders & Contract

Placing an item in your cart or completing the checkout does not constitute a binding contract. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods and send you a dispatch confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect payment fraud or stock unavailability.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express card payments (processed securely by Stripe), and bank transfer (BACS). We do not store your full card details.

6. Delivery

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control. 7. Right to Cancel & Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, for non-personalised stock items. You must notify us within this period, and goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

Personalised or pre-programmed cards are made to your specification and are exempt from this cancellation right unless faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are protected.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IDBIZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the products in question.

10. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
